Custom Halters

Costumes For Sale

I have finally completed a new piece that I am offering for sale.  I had originally intended to keep it, but since I am no longer live showing, I have decided to offer it for sale.It is a stablemate sized Egyptian Dancing Horse Costume and has all the bells and whistles of my traditional size costumes.  Because of the scale the bridle is not adjustable, so there are two bridles to fit a variety of models.  Bride 1 is the larger bridle and will fit the mini Nahar and the G1 Breyer stablemate.  Bridle 2 is the smaller bridle and will fit the Peter Stone chips Arab, mini Optime, Al-Hadiye, and Jezebel.   I am not sure about other mini resins, since I only have the mini Nahar, mini Optime, Jezebel and Al-Hadiye, but if their head is the same measurements as any of the above, it should fit fine. 

The costume saddle attached with a small hook and eye underneath the drape for quick on and off and the girth is elastic and will stretch. The breastcollar is permanently attached, since it is easier than buckling and unbuckling in this scale. The throatlatch of the bridle is one solid piece and attaches with sticky wax underneath where the bridle and browband meet. I have never done it this way before, but I found an amazing in-scale buckle for the throatlatch. Unfortunately, because it is so tiny and in-scale, it isn't functional, so I made the throatlatch with the buckle into one solid piece. You can't tell the difference as you can see from the pictures and I just love how in scale the buckle is. The costume comes with a photo documentation and description page that will be sent as an email attachment and can be printed out for live showing. There is a costume of this exact same color pictured on the page.

Now for the purchase and payment details. I am asking $200 plus insured shipping based on the buyer's zip code, which is $50 less than what I charge for making a a similar costume in a custom color.  I accept Paypal(credit card is fine) or money orders. Sorry no personal checks at this time. I will accept time payments in
no more than three installments spread out over a period of three months or less.  I am no longer accepting custom orders and with twins, I no longer make many new pieces, so don't miss out on this opportunity.
